33 Team Ownership Splits

Mooresville, NC – The news came as a surprise to Jeffrey Earnhardt that Circle Sport-TMG team owner Joe Falk was parting ways with his partner Curtis Key and as a result would not be honoring the 2018 driving contract signed earlier this year.  “I was shocked to say the least” said Jeffrey.  “We’ve been working hard during the off-season to gain more sponsorship and then get a call followed by a press release that they’re making changes at the 33 team.  I guess Joes moving his charter to the 32 car and Curtis will do something at his place so i have to pivot into a new plan.”

2018 will be the first season that Jeffrey will be the only Earnhardt in the Monster Energy Cup Series provided he secures a ride in time for Daytona.  “I’m speaking with one team in particular that would be a major upgrade from anything I’ve done in the past and if all goes well it would probably bring a smile to all the Earnhardt race fans out there.”

As Jeffrey mentioned in his Twitter reaction to this news, it’s time to “see what’s behind the next door” so he’s staying positive and in the words of Bob Marley…everything’s gonna be alright ?
